Refund Policy

Refunds may be requested for eligible products and services purchased directly through cylarion.quest. Eligible items typically include standard subscription plans, digital service packages, and qualifying physical merchandise where applicable.

To qualify, the item must have been purchased directly from CYLARION and not through a third-party distributor. Proof of purchase, including order confirmation number and payment receipt, is required for all refund considerations.

2. Timeframe for Requests

Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days from the original purchase date unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

For subscription-based services, refund eligibility applies only to the initial billing cycle. Renewals are considered final unless cancellation was initiated prior to the renewal date.

CYLARION reserves the right to deny refund requests that demonstrate abuse, repeated claims, or violation of our Terms of Service.
